   The Founding Fathers saw Congress as the most important branch and from the founding, Congress has consistently expanded its own power to regulate commerce among and between the states. In your own words, define and discuss the different types of Congressional power. Then, discuss how the Supreme Court and the President have tried to take control from Congress. Explain why or why not the President and the Supreme Court should reel Congress in, use specific examples.
