Team personality

Team personality can relate to healthcare in the sense that, healthcare requires team work in order for the process to be effective. In the provision of healthcare services, nurses are supposed to work as a team in order to effectively offer health services to the patients’. Patients’ consequently require maximum support from nurses due to the problems that they face. When nurses are working as a team, the team personality should be able to motivate them to work together in order to be able to offer maximum support to the patients’ (Zvi, Peter & Mo, 2014). Working as a team basically allows nurses to be capable of avoiding any obstacles which they likely to encounter, and thus being able to perform even better.

Allied health workers are usually faced with a lot of management issues, such as the lack of a career structure and also the lack of a specialized support. This consequently makes it hard for the health workers, since they cannot therefore be able to plan and manage how they are going to execute different tasks. In addition, they may therefore end up doing things in a very disorderly manner, hence leading to ineffectiveness (Zvi, Peter & Mo, 2014). The lack of a specialized support is also another issue which consequently makes it hard for the allied health workers to be able to offer their services effectively to patients’. This consequently makes it hard for allied health workers to relate positively to team personality, since they cannot be able to offer services effectively to the patients’. Patients’ may therefore be left unattended to, thus making it hard for one to realize the impact of the team in services delivery.
