McDonalds is one of the American fast food restaurants which are operated in form of a business chain. Although founded in 1940s, currently, the firm has been ranked as being one of the fast growing businesses globally (Hitt et al., 2013).

Vision statement: to be the contemporary and progressive fast food company which delivers modern customer experience.

Mission statement: to be the favorite place for the customers to eat and drink (Hitt et al., 2013).

Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound (SMART) goals and objectives

The SMART goals and objectives of the company entail being dedicated to the extent of becoming a great place for working, a positive and strong presence to the community through enhancing cleanliness, delivering quality services, and valuing their customers. This makes the firm to the symbol which is trusted globally (Bolman, 2003).
