Consumers and shareholders increasingly insist that human rights commitments become a greater priority in the 21st century global business field. Recent decades have witnessed the emergence of numerous non-governmental organizations (NGOs) dedicated to the promotion of human rights values and protections in the business field. Such NGO stakeholders both challenge and support private sector entities in this endeavor.The goal of this project is to conceptually design an NGO that would address a particular human rights issue or range of issues in the business field. To do so will require that you first identify a human rights issue or set of issues that you believe should be addressed by an NGO. These could be any issue related to equality, diversity, or inclusion (examples might be labor trafficking, child labor, fair trade, ethical supply chains, etc.). Draw on the human rights framework introduced in the course and examples of how NGOs function in the larger human rights field. In choosing your issue(s), be sure to provide an overview of the relationship of the issue(s) to global markets or private sector entities. You will then need to identify your NGO’s strategic objectives (i.e., how your organization will seek to impact the business field). Next, identify key tactics (from the New Tactics in Human Rights online manual) that your group will utilize, describing how such tactics correspond to your larger strategic objectives. Finally, explain the criteria for success (i.e., what would define success for your NGO?). Throughout the paper, use references as appropriate to demonstrate the sources of your ideas and the examples that you cite.Use the following format in writing your paper:1.  Use headings/subheadings2.  Length: 7-10 pages, numbered and double-spaced (any images you use are excluded from the page minimum)3.  Font/Size: Times New Roman/124.  Margin: 1” on all sides5.  References: APA style You must submit a Word file of your paper through the Project 1 link on Canvas.
