For this assignment, you will write a 4-5-page (double spaced, 12 point font) memoirs of one of the characters in the book of Job (Job, Bildad, Zophar, Eliphaz, Elihu). Pick only one character. From the perspective of your chosen character, write your memoirs recalling the events, dialogues, and discourses found within the Book of Job. How would you describe all that has happened to Job and the ensuing dialogues and speeches, and what is your assessment of all of this? Write your memoirs from the perspective of your character. Each character had a particular point of view of Job and his suffering etc., and I want you to write from their point of view. Be sure to draw in things such as the retribution principle and theodicy to your memoirs as well as God’s speech near the end of the book.
