Paper Instructions:

You MUST operationalize your terms ahead of time! The more creative, the better! The idea here is to decide on a 
psychological construct like kindness, love, aggression, generosity, etc. Just about anything you can think of! Really. 
Spend some time on this. Then you need to operationally define the term. For example, if you chose kindness, then 
think what kind of behaviors do you think represent kindness? Some examples are that kindness could be represented 
by saying thank you, saying please, holding the door for someone, smiling at someone, holding someone’s stuff, giving 
up a seat on the subway, etc. Get the idea? So the first thing you do is generate a list of behaviors that support your 
psychological construct. Your paper should have at least four sections clearly labeled with section headers (but could easily have many more!)
and be double-spaced with a standard 12pt font. It should conform to the “hourglass” shape as mentioned in class.
Include a title! Include your word count.
Your paper should tell the story your data suggest! And this should be in your own words from your own ideas. 
Therefore, references and citations are not necessary.
