This project returns your attention to your local community once more, as you will explore local food production and distribution, as well as how your community is impacted by trade policies, agricultural programs and policies, and other factors.

Required Content
At a minimum, the following information should be addressed in your project:

1.Overview of agriculture in your community (if in US, focus should be COUNTY)- include statistics related to production, imports/exports, sales and other relevant data.
2.USDA and other government (including state) programs and services available to your county (rural development, urban farming, Farm to School, incentive programs, etc.).
3.Your community's Food Desert status, as well as status of surrounding communities/counties.
4.Availability/existence of local produce and meat, farmer markets and promotional campaigns.
5.Potential impact to your community of trade policy changes related to agriculture.
6.Complete bibliography for all sources utilized.
