Fact #1

The statistic is important as it gives an indication of the education history of the Hispanic people. The rate of percentage is above 50 which mean that most of the population did obtain high school education in the year 2013. This translates to about 29,673,441 people in the United States. This number indicate that there those that do not attain a high school diploma as well. Female high school graduates are more compared to the male graduate of 25 years and over (United States census bureau, 2015). It is important as it shows that more females take up education than men. Most of them pursue further in their bachelor education whereby the number of the females is still large than that of men. It also has a significant effect on them as it shows their openness to embrace education due to its benefits as it also gives them a chance to learn more and obtain the required skills to be used in life so as to become successful.

Fact #2

The percentage rate gives a clear picture of the people who live in poverty amongst the Hispanics. The findings of the 2013 survey show that there was no great change in the number of the people and families living in poverty. It is worth to note that the poverty rate amongst children of 18 years had however reduced in comparison to the previous report (United States census bureau, 2014). This statistics makes the Hispanic people more aware of their performance in poverty eradication thus making them more motivated. Therefore it can be considered to be that the number of individuals and families living below the poverty line has reduced by a slight margin which means that the government programs are picking up and with time the number is going to reduce significantly.

Fact #3

The populations of the Hispanic people in the United States who are foreign born were 35.2 %. This means that 64.3 % are citizens. This is a clear indication that there more immigrants living in the united states in 2013 more than what has been experienced in the early years (United States census bureau, 2014). It is important because the foreign people get to interact with the people of the culture and create a room for their traditions to continue. This is because they engage directly and they can pass on information and new culture in the American to the foreign born for easier adaptability. It is also important as it indicates that the American land is friendlier as it has more to offer to them without any intimidation. This makes the number of the foreign people increase as they are given chances to make their lives better.

Fact #4

The fact that many children have both parents indicates that there are better health and medical facilities in the United States. This means that parents practice proper health as same as the American citizens whether foreign or not (United States census bureau, 2013). It is important to the Hispanic people as it shows that most children get proper rising up by both parents which mean that their custom or traditions will be passed on as well as monitoring of the children which will translate to better behave, individuals, as they grow up. In national wide setting, there is an indication that there are better life practices being adopted by the people in order to live their life well and watch their children grow.
