Incorporate theoretical principles and knowledge from the IHI modules as well as provide examples of how nursing can affect positive change in patient outcomes and safety. (One paragraph). 
Describe how the topic you selected impacts nursing. (One paragraph). 
Describe how the topic you selected impacts patient care and how it affects patient outcomes. (One paragraph). 
Provide methods to address/improve the problems you are addressing. (One paragraph). 
Scholarly writing is expected in APA style with a minimum of three scholarly references and use of in-text citations and a separate title and reference page.
There is a rubric for this assignment.  It is strongly suggested that you read the rubric carefully prior to beginning the assignment.
Students must submit their work to canvas and turnitin.com. It must be <20% in similarity. I will not accept the paper if >20%. You will receive a zero.
