Select a HIM role that you would like to learn more about or work toward in your career path.  Determine what it would take in order to be successful in that goal.  Your post should include education, experience, and other skills necessary to obtain the position and to be successful in the role.

Post an answer to the question in the topic to the discussion board.  Your discussion board posts should follow the rubric provided below.  Your initial post must reference at least one source other than your textbook.  You will need to respond to a peer’s posting.  Your original post must be at least 250 words and the peer response must be at least 150 words.
