Introduction

Have your words ever been misinterpreted? You say one thing but it ends up implying the opposite of its intended meaning. Sometimes misinterpretation occurs during communication due to confusion or even choice of words. One way of ensuring communication retains the intended meaning is by ensuring communication fits the needs of that particular conversation. An alternative way is ensuring through learning proper ways of communication with other people. Lastly, the ethical implications of communication constrain speakers to certain mannerisms and language.

Body

 Communication is intended to meet needs. This implies that whenever one meets with another person, communication has to facilitate the exchange of information. The conversation should always have an end goal. The goal is supposed to direct the direction the entire conversation will take. For example, whenever greeting someone, one should always check on the previous situations before asking for a favor. This way, it becomes easier to check on the mood of someone without actually distorting the intention and the underlying meaning of the entire conversation. Once communication attains a certain objective, it becomes easier to retain one’s attention.

Secondly, learning how to communicate. This is because communication entails more than just speaking mere words to another person. For instance, communication has to be accompanied by nonverbal cues that are aligned to the speaker's choice of words. Also easily transitioning from one phase to another helps to maintain the actual context of the text and implied meaning.

 Thirdly, the ethical implications of communications will enable one to speak openly and more directly during a conversation. People need to speak without using abusive words. Speaking openly and engagingly makes one come creatively develop a more conscious way.

 In summary, communication is a two-way traffic that needs the input of two or more people. Conveying a message means that the speakers have to interpret the message more accurately through use of accurate and comprehensible words actions. The application of body language, communication goal the ethical implication of the entire conversation is important. Therefore, the conversation should remain confidential between two or more people.
