The purpose of the job analysis is to update job descriptions and develop job specifications that will outline the knowledge, skills, abilities, tasks, duties, and responsibilities that will be used to create a performance management system.

In this part, you were provided with a variety of theory-based resources on a job analysis and strategic HRM planning. These resources were provided to round out the variety of topics and knowledge you have gained about the appropriate uses of job analysis information and data. You were also provided with sample reports and guides for conducting a job analysis. The purpose of the sample reports and guides was for you to understand what the outcome of a full job analysis study would entail. Use this information to create a comprehensive and custom approach for Hanover Hotel.

The Proposal:

Your task here is to write the first part of a proposal outlining a plan for conducting and using job analysis data for the latter purpose of developing a performance management system, which will be discussed in more detail in the coming assignments.

Review the Hanover Hotel Case Study document (https://content.bellevue.edu/cas/miop/511/Hanover%20Hotel%20Case%20Study%20Details.pdf) to remind yourself of the scope of their organizational changes, and how hot to customize your research and recommendations to this client.

For Part 1, of the full proposal, you should use the content from Week 1 and 2 on systematic approaches to human resource management. Your proposal will need to cover the following points using the outlined headers within your paper to guide the reader:

Job Analysis:

-Cover the objectives of the overall HRM system based on the hotel scenarios and your work throughout Weeks 1 and 2.
Provide the big picture of job analysis and why it is important for the Hanover Hotel.

Provide a specific job analysis approach with clear supporting material as to why this is the best approach for the Hanover Hotel. Select a specific hotel job title and walk through how you would actually conduct your job analysis recommendation on this job title.
Planning

-Include what information you will use and what data will be needed for your final job descriptions such as task lists, competencies, or links to KSAOs.
This palling section should clear connection to the explicit techniques you prescribed in the 'Techniques' portion of your paper.
Implementation

How will they use this work in their operations?
Outcomes
