The Marketing Plan is a detailed iteration of how you plan to spend the $50K to attract customers over the first two years. Included in this is a MAP tool (Marketing Action Plan tool) I attached a blank template. In the Marketing Plan you need to state why you are choosing a particular method of outreach to a potential customer and the cost per month which is put on the MAP. Ultimately the plan should show how your marketing spend will be used to attract enough clients to drive sales thereby creating a return on the investment. Example: If you say that the best way to reach your target market is Yellow Page ads, you will state why your target prefers to be reached in this manner, the cost of the spend and the potential revenue to generate. (NOTE THIS IS AN EXAMPLE AND BASED ON YOUR TARGET MARKET, NOT THE MOST EFFECTIVE ALTHOUGH IT MAY STILL BE NECESSARY, YOU NEED TO SHOW WHY).
When thinking through marketing objectives and target markets, a marketing plan focuses efforts toward your end marketing goals. Using measurable marketing metrics allows you to determine if you have reached your target audience, stayed within your marketing budget, achieved the right marketing mix, met all of your customer needs, or reached a successful return on investment. Common tools like SWOT analysis can be beneficial when prioritizing your business plan, defining your customer base, or finding your competitive advantage, but a marketing plan template takes your planning process one step further by translating your marketing activity into an actionable game plan.

IN THE OPERATIONS SECTION: YOU HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB SHOWING WHO WILL WORK FOR THE BUSINESS. PLEASE CREATE AN ORG CHART LISTING WHO WILL DO WHAT AND REPORTING STRUCTURE. ALSO, i AM UNCLEAR IF THEY ARE OWNERS IN BUSINESS, IF THEY ARE, OWNERSHIP % IS NEEDED, AS WELL AS THEIR INVESTMENT.
ALSO, I AM CONFUSED. YOU STATE YOU LEASED LAND FOR 5 YEARS BUT IS THERE A BUILDING ON SITE? iF NOT, WHAT ARE BUILDING PLANS, BUDGET, TIMELINE AND ETC. (oops, just saw I was in Caps, I apologize, I am not yelling). This is an important distinction for the financials. We are trying to reach a profitability stand point in 2 years but if it will be longer, we need to create more detailed financials showing the improvements and etc.
In the Operations section create flow chart of plan and how you will manage operations and process from marketing to sales, to customer collections, etc. Processes, efficiencies.
Once these sections are complete we will walk through creation of financial documents and how to achieve profitability. I know you are working hard so keep tackling each piece, we are moving along well.
