  • One of the significant issues that contribute in increasing the productivity of a programmer is working conditions that influence the attitude of employees. Despite the fact that most of the organizations try to look for the best achievement in their target, it is hardly to see many of them applying good practice. However, in order for most of the organization to change the tradition of relating with the employees regarding working conditions, they are shifting from the old computer system to the new high performance system. The new system has many advantages comparing with other systems that have been used there before. Although it will take much time and effort for most of the organization to employ the system in their workforce, it will be of much benefit in making the workforce simpler. This paper will show the advantages of using high performance system and its importance in a student’s career life.
  • Introduction
  •             Recent data indicates that there is a need to have a more advanced system in the workforce in order to achieve better result. However, not only in the workforce that there is a requirement of having expounding results, but there should be better results everywhere that entails development of various issues, for example, in schools. The primary source of having a better workforce is being able to have a reliable computer system. However, because of the competition existing in the business world, there is a need to have a more competent and technological advanced in computer system. The high-performance system is the one in the market and every organization should manage to employ it in the working environment. This will be of much advantage to the system and will help most of the organizations to achieve their targeted goals.
  • Methodology
  •             One of the importance’s of Large Scale High-Performance System is that it is able to execute 1 billion instructions per second compared to the past computer system that most people have been using. The other importance of this kind of system is that Local-area networks can be able to connect many machines within one location or building and be able to transport information within several machines. This operation is ought to take just very few seconds while using this high performance system and therefore it offers a greater advantage. There is a possibility to transport large amounts of data while using the system. For example, the system can be able to move data between several machines at the rate of 100 million to 10 billion bit/sec (Hwan Young, 2009). This means that the system is able to handle a lot of information from all over the world. In order to implement a high performance system, the area location ought to have wide-area networks and therefore it is possible to connect to millions of machines all over the world through the help of this system. Unlike the centralized systems, through the help of technology, the high system consists of distributed systems (Messersmith, Patel & Lepak, 2011).

For example, while using the system, most of the services will continue to be in operational even when a certain error occurs. The users may not notice when the system is being fixed or when some parts of the system are replaced. This means that the system offers an opportunity to conduct operations while using a short period. This is because there cannot be any interruption in case of some minor problems within the system occurs.
  •             Another advantage of using the high system is that it is possible to perform most of the work within a very short time while covering a very large area. This means that there is a guarantee to receive several replicas while there are located within different continents and be able to receive them in the expected duration. This applies to the fact that if there is a change in one of the copies in the replicas being operated there is a guarantee that change will occur in all the other documents in the system even they are in different continents. This indicates one of the progressions that most of the engineers have managed to achieve through the help of the high system. While using the system, it is possible to operate on various operations within the same time. This is because the system has a high memory capacity and has many operations opportunity compared to the any computer system that existed before (Zhao & Sun, 2010).
  •             Another main significant goal associated with the high performance system is openness. While using the system, it is able to operate and regulate various functions set using the standard set rules. This means that the system operates according to the set standard rules. The rules obvious describe the syntax and semantics of various services in operation. Most of the services in the high performance system are distributed by generally a means of various specified interface (Zhao & Sun, 2010). This means that all the interfaces in the system usually describe certain functions with the help of controlled mechanism in the system. When there is a clear specification in the system, the process of arbitrary can easily take place and therefore give the possibility of various interfaces to take to each other giving various in formations according to the first command made by an operator.
  •             Another advantage of high performance system is scalability. This means that the system can be able to be accessible in various countries all over the world. The system is most useable because with respect to its sizes, it is possible to add more users and resources to the system. While using the system, the most of the engineers indicate that the system is easy to manage. Although most of the engineers and operators argue that the system can be administrative scalable, they also illustrate that it is easy and more enjoying to manage where it is available (Hwan Young, 2009).  
  •             The system would be of much help to a student especially in the future job. This is because the high performance system helps the workload to more simple than the system used before. The high performance system helps to connect the workload involved in the human resource. The system assists in enhancing most of the proper and efficient skills among the employees in an organization. Another advantage of applying the system is that level of the performance while applying the system in working environment is beyond excitations. This means that it is possible to apply the system mostly while computing several mathematical problems. For example, while using the system, it is possible to get collect implementation on various data to be implemented in the work force (Han & Liao, 2010).   •             Employing the high-performance system in the administration or the working environment of many organizations is the most important issue that every manager ought to aim all the goals on it. In order to maintain competency in the workforce of an organization, there is a need to employ the system in the administration of every institution. This will help the organization in making more income and simplifying all the work. There will be minimal maintenance cost and an increase in the portion of total workload done. All the organizations should utilize the advantages of the high performance system.
