Stay in school and earn that diploma

Stay in school and earn that diploma

Introduction

Education is a core activity in every society whereby; individuals generate ability to discover essential things in life to enables them to make contributions to community development. Many students in America enroll in higher education to prepare their future with the good things the world offers, plus lead a happy life .However; the youth are made to believe that education is a must for a promising as well as secure future. As a friend, I would urge you to remain in school if you want to see the world as a just and fair place in the future. Earning a diploma is the only opportunity we require to do away with the existing differences between social class and gender. In America school dropout should be neglected because, education remains an essential tool by which people become empowered, to increase national social and economic status.

First of all, you should not drop out of school because you will put yourself at a disadvantage while comparing with other peers. Imagine your life without a diploma, with no change in your educational experience it will remain the same even if you get a job. Think of the financial aid and the critical moment you will likely encounter in gaining access to college. Further, without the diploma, you will have to face the consequences of having advanced skills in training higher education offers (Rumberger 87-112). Does it sound okay to you? Of course not! We are all in need of this diploma to acquire a lifetime opportunity for better lives.  Thereby, the importance of earning a higher education is supported by Bureau of Labor Statistics as an added advantage suggesting that high school dropout is having a difficult moment in finding and maintaining jobs as compared to higher education graduates.

Secondly, school dropout kills individual's confidence since your educational level determines your dignity by the society. Thus, with education, there are higher chances of people giving you respect as well as taking your views seriously. Nevertheless, it will be difficult for an uneducated individual to express his or her views due to lack of confidence. Is it fair to land your career job without confidence in your opinions? Earning a diploma boosts a person’s self-expression thus; creates sureness as an essential factor in educational success (Stanard 220). However, you should note that every amount of self-confidence you possess will affect every aspect of your educational goals. Some of your friends might encourage you that dropping out of school will give you much freedom that is not necessarily true. As you understand, leaving high school without graduating has a higher cost to you and the society. The economy will likely suffer from loss of skilled personnel thus; limit your ability to manifest your heart desires.

As I conclude, school dropout in America is a bad choice because, education is highly valued and is an essential tool that empowers people, to increase national social and economic status. Today’s world is competitive whereby; survival has taken a new meaning. The advanced life generated by new technologies considers education as the most crucial contributor to an individual’s success. However, neglecting your chance to earn a diploma might impact to definite as well as a higher effect on your future thereby; limiting your ability to be part of the current economic market. School dropout may seem like a good idea but it creates a path for being exploited as well as fooled. The societies we live in today enjoy some rights and freedom thus; makes it easier for it to take advantage of the illiterate and innocent persons.
