Many organizations choose to conduct their survey research projects on-line. What are the advantages and disadvantages of online survey methods? Under what circumstances would it be 
advisable to conduct an organizational survey online? Under what circumstances would it not be advisable? In your response be sure to focus on organizational surveys.  Write your initial post from the perspective of an IO psychologist providing a professional opinion.
