Under the “first sale doctrine”, if one purchases a work, one can resell it. If one has purchased the work, can one not do as one pleases with it?



Is circumventing DRM on a file one has legally purchased a “fair use”?



If all books in the future are protected by DRM, what would be the effect on educational fair use? Is this right? Is this wrong?
