  •             According to the case the accused who is Mr. Rose, there is a need to have the right justice-taking place. Mr. Rose depicts that the whole issue was plotted in order to tarnish his name in the society. On his view, everyone is against him and in favor his former girlfriend. He claims that although he takes some alcohol, he has never been able to lose his temper and result in committing such an act. On his view, the suspect indicates a lot of confusion during the case proceedings and claim that the judge is responsible for his conviction. The reason that Mr. Rose gives against the judge does not hold any ground.
  •             On his view, Mr. Rose depicts argues that the judge ought not to include his issue on substance abuse in the mentioned case. The reason that he demonstrates is that he does not consume or take much of the drug that people seem to accuse him of using. When asked whether he will manage to attend various counseling sessions, Mr. Rose illustrates that he does not have any problem that would make him attend such session. He illustrates that he is normal like any other person in the society and the whole community ought to treat him just like other people. The case depicts that Mr. Rose is normal tends to show that he is like any other person in the society and he has his own ambitions. His plans in future life are keeping ongoing until he achieves some of his various tasks.
  •             The case depicts that the client who was assaulted by Mr. Rose has a case to claim on. The client indicates that Mr. Rose is a drug user sin all the time they were together. She also illustrates that Mr. Rose had anti-social personality in the time they were together. The anti-social personality included causing family disputes all times while under drugs. He had a history of serving jail terms in various occasions of his life. He also used to beat her in various occasions that they had disputes. According to the client, who was Mr. Rose’s former girlfriend, she illustrates that he used to associate with anti-social associates who had a history of associating with drugs (Washton & Zweben, 2008). One of Mr. Rose’s friends who had a history of associating with drugs is Bob. They met with Mr. Rose in jail where he was serving his term of being with possession with illegal drugs.
  •             According to the client, she indicated that the main cause of their dispute was the family roles and obligations that the Mr. Rose failed to meet. She indicated that the accused used to work in a construction site where he could only manage to get a little amount of salary. However, he used to spend money paid in the construction work in abusing drugs rather than taking care of what the family was to spend. Mr. Rose did not even have time to visit to his parents because of being in the drug abuse for quite some time (Lyons, 2010). His parents also indicated that they were unable to offer him refuge because of his quire social behavior. They stated that ones they offered him refuge; he used to take their belongings and sell them in order to have money for drugs. This was a clear indication that he was capable of performing the act due to the influence of drugs.
  •             The lawyer of the client also indicates that the client had the potential of committing the crime in the fact that he was a drug user. He described that the fact of Mr. Rose going to the apartment of his former girlfriend without being invited causes some of the questions that need prior answers. There is a probability that he felt jealous of how his former girlfriend was proceeding well in life while he was having many problems day by day. The lawyer argues that the suspect having convicted earlier with 12 separate issuers was an indication that he capable of performing anything that would leave the whole society in a state of amazement. The lawyer of his girlfriend continued to argue that most of those people under the influence of drugs can be able to commit anything because they tend to be abnormal after taking the drugs.
  •             The lawyer also convinced the court that the Mr. Rose had the intensions of doing bad considering the fact that prior to committing forcible act of sex with his former girlfriend, he continued in using tools such as the bottle to harm the poor woman. His hostile attitude towards women was also identification that he was capable of committing the crime after planning for quite some time. The layer argued that the other reason that ought to make the court understand Mr. Rose was capable of performing the act to his former girlfriend is that his personal and emotional life had questionable characteristics. The past life of Mr. Rose illustrated that he was capable of solving various problems that affected his own life and that of his family. He was not capable of understanding the feeling of others in order to respect and honor their state of feelings.
  •             The lawyer also argued that Mr. Rose had behaviors of questionable characters. Most of his behaviors were likely to result in negative consequences. He illustrated that one of the negative consequences was the raping of his former girlfriend. His personal orientation according to the layer was of questionable character and he was able to commit the alleged act (Harvey, 2010). The lawyer concluded that even thought the suspect continued to argue that he was not responsible of the harmful act. His past life was a clear indication that no other person could have done the act.
  •             On of the peer reviewer interested with the case of Mr. Rose with his former girlfriend was one of his neighbors in the apartment he was living. He illustrated that Mr. Rose had a past of smoking bang while in the garage of one of his friends. He illustrated that Mr. Rose used to tell them that his sex drive was always high and he was capable of having sex daily. The fact that his girlfriend was not in the same drive would result in family despite. The neighbor also indicated that Mr. Rose stated that he had more than 60 women he had already engaged with them sexually. He was jealous of his wife that he could cheat on him although he had no evidence of such a case. The neighbor illustrated that the cause of Mr. Rose’s action was influenced by his addiction with drugs and sex and his jealous towards the girlfriend’s life (Barbara, 2010). All of the above information illustrated by the four individuals was a clear indication that the case was a criminal case.
