Apply the following four (4) Motivational Theories to project management and write a 5-6 page paper describing their advantages and disadvantages in work on a project.  

- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

- McClelland's Achievement, Affiliation, and Power Theory

- Locke's Goal-Setting Theory

- McGregor's Theory X and Theory Y

As you evaluate the possible approaches, also consider whether they are more useful on a collocated project team or on a virtual project team.  Explain how you might use each one to determine team member roles and responsibilities.
