What is CSR? The first step in answering this question is to research the terms Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate Governance (CG), Sustainability, Corporate Citizenship (CC), Corporate Social Performance (CSP) and Social Entrepreneurship (SE). Compare and contrast these terms and identify how they are interrelated and/or interdependent. The course text and supplementary reading do not completely cover this information, so to be successful you’ll need to conduct scholarly research.

What's important is that you assert an opinion (your opinion) about an appropriate hierarchical understanding of these terms and back up your answer using scholarly sources. Upon asserting a specific point of view on the appropriate top of your hierarchy, create and justify at least 5 major Critical Success Factors (CSF) and 5 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for tracking/measuring implementation success within a company.
