An analysis of an Effective Leader according to principles from Introduction to Leadership

In this paper you will study the life of a successful leader who became so through the help of a mentor using principle that you have learned from Introduction to Leadership.  
For example, you might look at the relationship between leader and mentee- e.g.,  Socrates and Plato, Plato and Aristotle, Aristotle and Alexander the Great, Ezra Pound and T. S. Eliot, Bourke Cochran and Winston Churchill, Sir Keith Joseph and Margaret Thatcher, Anne Sullivan and Helen Keller, Major General Fox Connor and Dwight David Eisenhower, Benjamin Mays and Martin Luther King, Jr., Zhuge Liang and Jiang Wei, Gertrude Stein and Ernest Hemingway. 
The  paper should be 6 pages in length (excluding any figures or tables), page numbered, double-spaced, font size 11 and above, and 1-inch margins, A.P.A. style, not including a cover page.
You will be graded on the thoroughness of your analysis, reasoning ability and writing.
The paper must analyze the leader and mentee as follows:

      A discussion of at least five principles from Northouse, Introduction to Leadership, and how they influence the leaders’ approach to leading the mentoree.  i.e., Northouse (2013) describes six key leadership traits including sociability, proven character....Socrates demonstrated the ability to pass several tests or challenge which built his character, or did not.  And here’s how he demonstrated the ability to pass tests to his mentee Plato...
