  •             The most significant aspect in a team member is experience. Having the necessary experience is the fundamental basic role that a team member ought to have in order to meet the set objectives. Experience offers significant impact to the performance of an organization. This is by creating routines and capabilities that helps in offering quick services. Experience plays a key role in improving performance of the team or an organization. Experience helps in decreasing or eliminates the chance of taking risks, therefore minimizing occurrence of losses (Cady et al., 2011).
    1. How will you overcome the weaknesses of your team members?
  •             The best way to overcome weaknesses of team members is to help them gain the required experience. By so doing, all members will have confidence and be eligible to offer the targeted outcomes. This means that I have the obligation of positively making them aware of what is need to be done and the right time to do it. The other significant issue is to develop teamwork strategy. This means that working together will fuel energy to help all members achieve the targeted results. Moreover, there is a need to create opportunities for growth in the team. This entails offering various seminars and learning opportunities in order to overcome weaknesses (Cady et al., 2011).
  • 3. Hiring good people is an important part of managing. How do you make sure you hire the right people?
  •             The first step to take when hiring good people in an organization is to make sure that I have the correct definition of what is needed in all the successful candidates. This means that I will have look for a candidate with the required skills and qualities. Moreover, experience of a candidate is another issue to consider. While recruiting the right candidates it is essential to use the right strategy and norms. This means that there should be no favors or acts of corruption. The other issue to consider is having in-person interviews with the potential candidates. This entails asking various questions in order to determine a candidate’s knowhow with a certain position beyond the qualifications presented on the resume (Cady et al., 2011).

  •             Having the necessary time management skills helps the team or the organization to prioritize tasks. Procrastination helps a team to have the right arrangement concerning various set objects and therefore it is eligible to complete more obligations in a day’s time. The other significant importance of time management is that it helps a team to meet all deadlines in the right time. This enhances and strong relationship between the team and organization with the clients. Another significance importance is that time management helps an organization to have all its operations organized always. This enhances productivity and competence (Cady et al., 2011).
    1. What challenges do remote teams face that onsite teams do not?
  •             One the challenges that remote teams meet is generating innovative ideas towards the well being of their operations. This is because they encounter hurdles of languages and different culture values that onsite teams do not face. Other forms of challenges include holidays and various customs that present in respective regions. Moreover, local laws include some of the challenges that the remote teams encounter (Cady et al., 2011).

  •             In order to have a competent strategic management in an organization, ethics ought to be covered in the above statements. Employing ethics in the statements help an organization to undertake its operations in the right manner according to the set rules and regulations of the law. This helps an organization to consider fairness and meet client’s requirements in the right time. Employment of ethics in the statements helps an organization to build trust within all the stakeholders (Cady et al., 2011).
    1. Are these evolving statements (mission, vision and value) or are they carved in stone?
  •             The outlined statements are evolving in the fact that every organization applies them in order to successfully meet client’s requirements and achieve it set goals. Their application enhances good governance and helps the organization to know the direction its taking. This means that when an organization applies the values effectively, it will always be able make profits. The statement tend to be evolving because they help an organization to make correct decisions regarding various issues in its operations (Cady et al., 2011).
    1. Does having these statements make a big difference to a company? How?
  •             Having the above statements make a big difference to a company. The statements help a company to speak its present condition. This helps in determining the steps that the organization may take in order to enhance more productivity. They also make a difference in the fact that they are accompanied by intensive ground action. Organizations have the obligation of applying them in order to make its operations life (Cady et al., 2011).

  •             The statements play a crucial role in decision-making process. For example, vision helps an organization to determine the business operations it ought to undertake in its daily operations. This helps the management to determine what is possible to be done in order to cover it in the right time. Mission helps the organization to determine what is possible to be done and the purpose of doing it. This helps in making sure that the organization sticks to the outlined operations it is entitled to handle. Mission helps the organization to identify its purpose and motives it is supposed to undertake. Values help the organization to be in alignment with its obligations. They help the organization to generate mechanisms that would contribute in making profitable outcomes (Cady et al., 2011).
