  •             One of the common behaviors that I managed to identify on both of the employee is that they try their best to achieve the set standards of their respective organizations. This illustrates that the employees were able to attain a certain recommendable mark according to the achievements that they managed to make. This brings a significant positive impact to other employees. Other employees tend to perform better especially when they see their seniors are doing well and they pose as reliable role models. However, both of the employees ought to improve on the strategy of developing a strong relationship with clients. This will help them attain more grades during the next assessment.

  • Be specific: this entails giving the only information that was provided during class times without making any exaggerations. For example, I may explain to the teammate several topics that were taught during his/her absence.
  • Focus on the problem rather than the person: this principle entails that I should only give the required information rather than start criticizing the person for his failure of not attending the classes.
  • Maximize absolute feedback; minimize relative feedback and comparisons to others: According to this principle, I am supposed to be honesty and direct on the information that I intended to provide. This means that I am only supposed to provide direct information that ought to help my colleague instead of comparing him/her with others.
  • Avoid absolutes: this means that I am not supposed to dictate what the teammate ought to do but just provide the intended information and give him/her a chance of making the correct choices.
  • Be timely: According to this principle, I am supposed to provide the information within the necessary time. For example, if there is a possibility of having exams, I am supposed to provide the information before the start of the exams. This will give the teammate enough time to analyze the information.
  • Focus on the future: this means that I am supposed to provide only the information that will be of significant help in future rather that concentrate on unnecessary information.
  • Include information for improvement: this means that I should only include the information that will strengthen the morale of the teammate rather than focus on his/her weaknesses. Moreover, this means the need to capitalize on the best quality of the teammate.
