KFC is one of the American firms that were expanded internationally by opening outlets in various countries such as in England, Jamaica, and Mexico. Throughout the whole period, KFC has experienced mixed success both domestically and internationally in most continents such as Asia, Africa and South America with more than 18,000 thousand outlets with China being its largest market with over 4,000 outlets (Wit & Meyer, 2010).
