First, the company planned to document the ISO standards after which dissemination would occur throughout the company. The company also planned to re-design the business processes and how the new system would be seamlessly implemented. In addition, the management of the company had also planned to assess the new information system by reviewing the output of the company (Griffiths, 2011).
