This is achieved through decentralized management tactic that creates a unique way of culture and values and nurtures the growth of its people. Its credo is continuously on the time of noteworthy change towards health care (Evans et al, 2012).

One of its approaches is based on human health care which has resulted in market segmentation. To doctors, nurses and patients the role of prevention, diagnosis and treatment have been established by company (Evans et al, 2012). This assists in scaling up the steadiness of performance has led to the growth of opportunities and quality health care through the quality of products. The approach to manage for the long term equates to the production of high-quality products of brands that will create customer loyalty. The approach of our people our value lies behind fathers, mothers and all others who use their products and services. Its culture is committed to in engaging and caring for the consumers which are inspired by the company’s credo in meeting their needs through high-quality products (Evans et al, 2012).

Johnson and Johnson true purpose can be viewed from a different perspective depending on who is viewing it. From its consumers, it aims in giving better and high-quality products. From the competitors, it will be viewed as if their products are merely cosmetic devices.
