Culture is made up of the types of people that work in the organization; however, it is also a collection of the ethics, politics and power that the organization chooses to work within. Reviewing these key concepts will strengthen your understanding of:

The types of power demonstrated in the organization,
The politics of the organization, and
What is foundationally necessary to you, the student (employee), in terms of business ethics within the organization.
INSTRUCTIONS
establish an understanding of the importance of organizational culture and what is important to the individual as they choose a place of work. 
Write a paper describing the organization you would work for.  What is the climate of its ethics, politics, and power?
Be sure to also include three reasons why you would prefer this ‘type’ of organization and support your reasons based on elements of business culture.
Information should reflect the importance of ethics in organizations and why it’s important to you. 
Consider the readings for this Module, but also, be sure to review organizations and their stated ethics on their websites. 
For example, go to Coca-Cola or Google and see what they provide on their website for employees/consumers about their organization and what they stand for.
