I want to focus the book on the negative part of business loss and it's negative impact to organizations. Loss of capability and pushing back the economy backwards. Would like to bring up the notion of the wreck less transformation. It's impact on HR, finance, operations, engineering, quality departments. And organizational reputation in the micro economy and macro. Would like to highlight how people driving the change are so critical. As a bad choice of change management adds salt to injury.
