Personality, Leadership, and Career Considerations

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assesses personality type under the psychodynamic approach. Click on the following link for a test that uses the Myers-Briggs as its basis.

You are asked to share your “dimensions” scores from the assessment.

Using what you have learned about yourself through leadership self-assessment and skills analysis, assess your skills based on the scoring for each “dimension.”
Take an extra step and apply how each “dimension” can guide your management style.
Critically analyze how your career path and MBTI scores come together. Keep in mind that “marginal or no preference” for a dimension, may place you in a different category which could change results. Consider this in your self-analysis.
