Freytag's Pyramid Applied to YOUR Life Thus Far

Freytag's Pyramid Applied to YOUR Life Thus Far... !

Unstable situation

The unstable situation in my life would be that I witnessed someone dying.  The man was stifled to death in the middle of the night. This story in my life shows the ghastly representation of how the life of two partners defines the actions of explanation towards the dislocation of women and how they have been under the men’s rule.

Exposition

The overview of my life can start with a discussion of a play.  The exposition starts at the crime scene at the Camel’s family yard.  The main characters of the play are Gade, his wife and the National Crime chairman Quick and his wife.  All these people are in the house as they light fire at the centre of the house so as to keep the house warm overnight.  They are all talking of Camel’s questions.  Mr. Quick talks about what happened on the day he finds Mr. Camel dead.  Camel’s wife tells Quick that he cannot see her husband as she also found him dead upstairs.  The play was written in the year 1916.  I quote the play as it shows how the ancient times women had few rights on their daily life not as the current situation.  Currently in my life I proof that they have the right to vote and their educational chances are increasing hugely. Their salaries were however lower compared to those of men but they had enough money to cater for the needs of their families.  Thus the story is efficient in revealing the current life in that it explains the current awful condition of women that are placed in the man’s process of thinking (Susan, 2).

Gade: It is well to beat the women if they are found accountable for murder.

Crime Chairman: It is true that before we finish about this, she may have something important than conserves to worry about.

Quick: Women are well known to be worried about trifles.  (The two men moves close to each other)

Crime chairman: Although women have worries, we cannot survive without them (the women are just bending out of shy).

(They all feel asleep)

I did not like the play as it seemed to be against the current life condition.  These men are against the power of women thus my whole life has been playing against the play. I asked my friend to send me another king of play that touched my life thus far, and I wondered what she thought about my life as she sent this email. Thus she sends the same play and tells highlights the remarks of Gade.  I am therefore going to talk about my life thus far my countering the antithesis: The motive that is in the play is due to the women values on the things that make men enjoy and think they are unimportant while women think they are essential. This brings me to my thesis that when the unimportant things are made, women are not treated equally.  Thus the reason as to why the men in the play have pride over their supremacy of the logical thoughts (Susan, 2).

Rising Action

I had to send an email to one of my uncles asking him about his views on the issue or the action in my life thus far.  He said that I was acted against the power of women in that there is no way women will stand over men.  He also said that I seemed more against the males and that I don’t like to be commanded while it was a real life situation.  He says that I am not thoughtful about the challenges of being against men in that,” if your man says this, you say this” these he told me in his email.  My reaction towards the play was much against that of my friend who accepted the fact that we have to be ruled by men (Chant& Guttmann, 5).

Climax

The irony in my life this far would be for me getting out of my parents house and moving into a man’s house as I never wanted the command from them.  My uncle kept on talking to me about husband’s respect and that if I couldn’t do it I will end up ruining my life.  This gave me hope for moving in with someone who was more important.  A touch is something with no much value.  Men have the notion of that women do not have more mental power than they do.  As in the play, when the men are trying to figure out what was the reason of the woman killing her husband, they discover that there was a gun in the house. Thus the women notice the touch about the death and this brings the irony out. Am alone controlling my family’s life thus I am learning to stay under control. The notice proofs that the woman was the one who killed her husband (Chant& Guttmann, 5).

Falling Action

This happens when the women do not have the main reason as to why Mrs. Camel killed her husband and they also know that it was not her fault as the death made her feel guilty.  This explains how women are against inequality in their families.  The reason as to why Mrs. Camel killed her husband would be the fact that he saw her as unimportant (Chant& Guttmann, 5).

Denouement

The play ends with the women hiding something from men.  In my life thus far, I have realized that men wishes for women punishment if they are found with crime which is found as a terrible crime.  The women knew of the hardships Mrs. Camel was going through thus they had to hide the proof that would offend her guilty.  Therefore even if there are hardships in any marriage I have to struggle so as to have an understanding and a better life (Chant& Guttmann, 5).
