IV. Objective of the Math Lesson Plan: To establish whether the use of spatial-temporal (ST) math software in classroom for math lesson plan, instructions offered to any grade 1 student would be effective to the extent of yielding higher mathematics excellence as well as relatively higher positive dispositions towards all the mathematics concepts given as compared to those in control classes in the same institution (Horvath, 2014). They will also be assisted by the teacher upon returning it whilst using hands-on materials (Confer, 2005). |
V. Materials: LCD Projector, computer, white board, spatial-temporal (ST) math software, plastic coins, and paper dollars |

Procedures : Set: The white board was erected The LCD Projector and the computer was place on a table and The LCD Projector was connected to the computer and turned on Then the spatial-temporal math software illuminated on the white board already erected Developmental Activities: Instruction: The students should make groups which comprised of ten students each Each student should have a writing material materials and pencils Guided Practice: Through the illumination the spatial-temporal math software on the white board, each group will be shown how solve various math puzzles Next each the students will be shown on how to solve such puzzles Independent Practice: Each student will be given time to redo the same task independently Each student will be assisted whenever they encounter any math puzzle solving and counting difficulty Closure: The student will be taught the importance of knowing to count money after solving various math puzzles. |
VII. Diversity / Differentiation for Exceptionalities: The teacher will acknowledge in math lesson plan the competence of every student to solve the task given. Greater consideration will be given not only to the gifted students but also to those with some special needs. Moreover, students with special needs will be offered extra time of being guided by the teacher on solving the math puzzles using the spatial-temporal math software and counting task (Confer, 2005). |
VIII.
