The ability to author a well written paper is a staple undergraduate work. By mid-semester you are to read about one historic leader discussed in the book, Forged in Crisis: The Power of Courageous Leadership in Turbulent Times by Nancy Koehn and craft a paper using the following guidelines.
Your paper should be written according to APA 6 guidelines and include an abstract and cover-page (not part of the required 7 pages) with the assignment title, your name, date, university name, school name, course number, and professor. See figure 1 below. Your paper should be no less than 7 pages in length, double-spaced, 1-inch margins, Times New Roman, 12-point font, and include a reference page (not part of the required 7 pages). Evaluability Assessment and Logic Model
Overview
For this course project component, you will complete and submit Part 2 of the Program Plan Evaluation Template: the Evaluability Assessment and Logic Model.

Instructions
Evaluability Assessment
This component will require you to consider the evaluability of the program you have chosen to focus on for your course project. As we have discussed, Wholey (1979) advocated for the use of evaluability assessments to save costs. For this assignment, you will complete the Evaluability Assessment and Logic Model portion of the Program Evaluation Plan Template, considering the organizational climate and merit of the recommendation that the organization undertake a full program evaluation plan. Ideally, you have chosen a program that is ready for a program evaluation, as you will need to consider what resources, data, and collaboration that you would require to conduct a full evaluation. You may choose to have a discussion with your administrator to gather needed information to complete the template; however, you are not required to gather any data or evidence beyond that which is readily available. Your sole outcome in this assignment is to render a recommendation that the program quality is such that it warrants a program evaluation.

Logic Model
You have deepened your understanding of the program you chose for the course project by conducting the evaluation assessment (including document review and possible consultation with the program’s sponsor, participants, and/or stakeholders), and completing Exercise 1 in the Kellogg Foundation's Logic Model Development Guide (linked in Resources). Based on what you know now, construct a logic model of the program using the template on page 54 of the Logic Model Development Guide and provide a detailed explanation of the model in the appropriate portion of the Program Evaluation Plan Template.

Additional Requirements
Remember to add this assignment to the same Program Evaluation Plan Template you submitted for Part 1. Refer to the assignment scoring guide to ensure that you understand all grading criteria.

Portfolio Prompt: You are required to save the completed course project in your ePortfolio.

As the diversity manager of a global company, you have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of understanding multicultural teams in the workplace. However, you know that some of the managers struggle with developing and managing multicultural teams in your company. Your employer, a mid-sized human resources management company, is considering expansion into related fields, including the acquisition of Temp Force Company, an employment agency that supplies word processor operators and computer programmers to businesses with temporary heavy workloads. Your employer is also considering the purchase of Bigger staff & McDonald (B&M), a privately held company owned by two friends, each with 5 million shares of stock. B&M currently has a free cash flow of $24 million, which is expected to grow at a constant rate of 5%.
