  •             In the New York Times, an article by Belson (2009), illustrated how there are too many hopefuls in the sports business but unfortunately, only few positions are available. The author gives an example of people who graduates with outstanding degrees in the sports industry and fail to secure a job. Mr. Belson (2009) gives an example of Martin who graduates recently but has not managed to secure a job. According to the author, Martin who is twenty-one years old states that the sports industry is growing in a slow rate comparing to other industries. According to the article by Belson (2009), the Management entitled to cater for various sports organizations has failed. This is because there is no creation of new jobs that indicate improvements of the organizations.
  •             Planning as one of the roles of management ought to show there is an improvement in the sports industry but this role has failed. Other roles of management that include organizing, leading and controlling have failed to demonstrate that the sports industry can be a source of employment to the young generation. In this article, the outer and inner principal players of the Arts Dynamic have a significant role to play in order to see to it that the sports industry has risen. The government and other key players have the responsibility of ensuring that the sports industry is a source of employment to most young people. According to the views given by Belson (2009), the roles of the art manager in the sports industry include ensuring that there are potential vacancies to cater for the high number of unemployed youth.
  •             The strategic goal of the sports industry ought to make sure that the job market is created to offer various opportunities. The above information has emphasized much on the SWOT analysis that indicates several strengths that result to awakening of the sports industry. However, he adds that there are weaknesses associated with this industry that include high risk of sexual activities among the youth due to per pressure. The opportunities that arise from the sports industry include employment and helping young people get out from immoral behaviors. This article is relevant to the Work of AEMMM managers because it offers a clear illustration on how failure to act on the roles of management results to poor results. As a manager, I ought to establish areas that would improve the sports sector in order to offer the interested parties a chance of achieving their dreams (Belson, 2009).
