You will review the literature on general cognitive abilities and personality measures as predictors of future job performance. Then you will write a paper to report your findings.

• This assignment requires that at least two recent scholarly research sources (no older than 2009) related to this topic, and at least one in-text citation from each source be included.

Write a 1,000-1,250-word paper on general cognitive abilities and personality measures as predictors of future job performance. Include the following in your paper:
1. Discuss the measurement of performance.
2. Discuss the measurement of predictors.
3. Analyze the cross-comparative research examining the differences between using G and personality for predicting subsequent job performance.
4. Propose how an employer might use your findings for future decision making in the hiring process.
