When you got the computers back to the office and set them up, you realized that the software was very basic indeed. The word processing software doesn’t contain any fonts or a grammar check. And the software that performs “basic accounting functions” is a calculator. There also isn’t a graphics package on the computer.

You think the advertisement was misleading: You want CyberDyne to buy the appropriate software and install it. If necessary, you’re willing to buy the software, but only if they’ll reimburse you and install it for you.

Write an email to the owner of CyberDyne clearly stating your problem and request that the store takes action to satisfy your disappointment.
