Writing Prompt: Explain the monomyth or Hero’s Journey, and then analyze Parable of the Sower for evidence of its place in this category. How is it very similar to the typical hero’s story? How is it different? You MUST focus specifically on a few stages of the monomyth, and several specific passages from Parable of the Sower.
