Organization: First i want a brief summary of the video, then tell me what you got out of the video. Tell me how the speaker spoke, how she present herself. Be sure to look at everything including verbal, non- verbal, her interaction with the audience, posture, volume, tone of voice, etc finally, end with a good conclusion that sums up your paper.
