Assignment instructions: Students will continue Essay Three by completing one of the outline templates to structure Essay Three (see outline options below) with a Works Cited page for all sources.
OUTLINE (50 pts) : In MLA format, choose and fill in/complete one of the following outline structures for your Essay 3 assignment:
REMEMBER: OUTLINES are lists of MAIN IDEAS and organizational strategies, NOT PARAGRAPHS. Identify which option you are using and what the content of that section will be. See p. 85 in your textbook for an example.

Concluding paragraph - insight gained from research
2. Works Cited page with all five citations:
story citation,
author background article citation
two database article citations
third article citation on the topic focus (source Google Scholar or databases)
(use Easybib.com to create the MLA citation if using an article NOT in our academic databases).
For the outline assignment, select and FILL IN with the specifics for your essay: which story/characters, what two articles, which research prompt, what analysis points, etc.
DO NOT WRITE PARAGRAPHS! Only Main ideas in one sentence or phrase.
Put a Works Cited page with your outline for all four article sources and the story citation.
Points for outline: 50
points for Works Cited citations: 50 pts.
